Franco-Moroccan and British filmmaker based in the UK.
Sherry grew up in Morocco and the UAE, where she has long nourished an ambition to create visual art.
In 2017 she moved to the UK to study filmmaking at the Met Film School, and is now finishing her MA in filmmaking at the London Film School, focusing on cinematography and directing.
Since 2017 she has worked on numerous short fiction, experimental, and documentary films, that allowed her to nurture her eye and voice as an Afro-European storyteller.
Sherry’s style is anchored in exploring the abstract and naïf world and the characters that she grew up around.
